The IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) is organizing the 3rd Electron Devices Technology and Manufacturing (EDTM) conference in Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) Convention Centre from 12-15 March, 2019. As part of the conference program, the first day (March 12) involves 4 tutorials and 4 short courses (each spanning two hours) on critical and important topics in the field of micro and nanoelectronics. We have tutorials on topics ranging from front-end to back-end, packaging and memory technology as well and our short courses are geared towards addressing the developments and future needs of key application areas such as hardware security, flexible electronics, heterogeneous SoC integration and  MEMS for IoT.
