The IEEE AP-S Chapter Chairs' Meeting (CCM), jointly organized with the IEEE AP-S Committee on Promoting Equality (COPE), will be held during the 2026 IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation and USNC-URSI Radio Science Meeting in Detroit, Michigan, USA.

Chapter Presentation

All IEEE AP-S Chapters, Joint Chapters, and Student Branch Chapters attending the CCM are kindly requested to prepare a brief PowerPoint presentation highlighting their chapter's activities, achievements, and initiatives.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Presentation Template: A draft PowerPoint template is attached. Please use the template attached below when preparing your presentation.
  • Preferred Presentation Duration: 5 minutes
  • Maximum Presentation Duration: 10 minutes

The final presentation schedule and allocated presentation time will be determined by Dr. Ajay K. Poddar and Dr. Charlotte Blair, based on the total number of participating chapters and the overall meeting agenda.
