Conference Format: AP-S/URSI 2022 will be presented in-person, July 10–15, 2022, in Denver, Colorado. This is a flagship event for all interested in antennas, propagation, electromagnetic engineering, and radio science, back to in-person meeting again. Welcome to AP-S/URSI 2022, Colorful Colorado and the Mile High City!
Registration: To help our members and attendees as much as possible, conference registration fee rates are on average at the level of AP-S/URSI 2017 conference, so five years ago. With respect to the last in-person conference, 2019 Atlanta, the regular registration rate is increased 2.6% per year, which is less than average annual inflation and less than the increase of all costs for the conference, whereas the student registration rate is drastically reduced, as well as that for retired colleagues. Advance Rates (by May 31, 2022) are $830.00 for APS/URSI Members, $415.00 for Student Members, and $500.00 for Retired Members. New Paper Template: We have created a new template for two-page Summary papers, with a modified authorship format. The new format will enable reflecting the desired/actual order of authors as specified in the submission system and program (which was often impossible with authorship in multi-column format in the old template, the IEEE template), and it also looks nicer and is similar to IEEE Transactions journal paper format. It has been approved by IEEE and is ready for us to use. Please make absolute sure to use the new template for your paper! In addition, we have updated all Summary and Abstract templates, Word and LaTex, please use those. Templates are at https://www.2022apsursi.org/
Sponsorships and Exhibits: We have 40,000 square feet of spectacular spaces for industrial, academic, government, software, and book exhibits that will be open during most of conference days, coupled with AP-S/URSI interactive poster sessions, AP-S Student Paper Competition, and AP-S Student Design Contest, as well as talks, presentations, social events, and entertainment in the exhibition areas, see https://www.2022apsursi.org/
