The 2022 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM) will be held in the warm and exciting city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 4 to 8 December 2022. Themed "Accelerating the Digital Transformation through Smart Communications," this flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society will feature a comprehensive high-quality technical program including 13 symposia and a variety of tutorials and workshops.
