Details: SUNY Poly’s Albany NanoTech Complex, home to the Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE), is a fully-integrated research, development, prototyping, and educational facility that provides strategic support through outreach, technology acceleration, business incubation, pilot prototyping, and test-based integration support for onsite corporate partners including IBM, Intel, GlobalFoundries, SUNY Poly SEMATECH, Samsung, TSMC, Applied Materials, Tokyo Electron, ASML and Lam Research, as well as other “next generation” nanotechnology research activities. This tour would give visitors a window show toward two of CNSE major facilities, and conclude with a great opportunity to present questions to Dr. Christopher Borst and Dr. Wenli Collison.
REGISTRATION: Pre-registration is required for this tour. Slots are limited to 30, and will be on a first come first basis. Please send an email to amal.mallavarapu.r@ieee.org by 02 March 2016 to get your name on the list. If your plans change after registration, we request that you let us know so we may give the slot to people on waiting list.
Please plan to arrive on location by 4:15PM. Visitors are recommended to park at Lot H and Lot A, which are close to NanoFab East building. There are usually more parking spots in Lot H than Lot A during the 9 am – 5 pm.
