IEEE INDIA EDS CHAPTER ( ED15) ELECTION MEETING
Sub: IEEE India Council EDS Chapter (ED15) - Election – Notice - reg
The General Body Meeting of members is slated to be held as per details below to elect the office bearers of the Chapter for the period 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2017:
Venue of GBM: Barathiyar Arangam, Mahendra Engg College, Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu.
Date and time: 30th December 2015, 4.00-5.00 PM.
Direction to reach : Tiruchengode is situated in Namakkal District of Tamil Nadu and is reachable by road from Coimbatore Airport/Salem & Erode Railway stations.
All eligible India Council EDS Chapter (ED15) members are requested to kindly attend the above GBM and participate in the election of Chapter Office bearers (Chapter Chair, Chapter Vice-Chair, Chapter Secretary, Chapter Treasurer) for the period 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2017.
Dr.P.Suresh Kumar (MIEEE) Professor, Dept. Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mahendra Engineering College, Tiruchengode will administer the election.
It may be noted that all EDS members in India are eligible to participate in the meeting and election.
The accommodation for outstation members attending the event can be arranged with the request. It is requested to confirm the details by mail to madheswaran.dr@gmail.com
