I am happy to inform you that IEEE 2nd International Conference on Condition Assessment Techniques in Electrical Systems (IEEE CATCON 2015) [IEEE Conference No. 36599] will be held on 10-12 December, 2015, in Central Power Research Institute, Bengaluru, India. IEEE CATCON 2015 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS), IEEE Bangalore Section and is organized by Central Power Research Institute, Bangalore, in collaboration with DEI Society Chapter of IEEE Kolkata Section. Papers presented in the conference will be uploaded to IEEEXplore. The call for paper is attached herewith. It may be mentioned here that the first conference of its kind, IEEE CATCON 2013, was successfully held in Kolkata in Dec 2013.
