The IEEE R10 Humanitarian Technology Conference 2019 (R10-HTC 2019)

Humanitarian Technology Conference of is one of the premier conferences of IEEE R10. It intends to create a platform for researchers; technologists; engineers; scientists; investors; representatives from NGOs; government officials; academia and the industry personnel to come together; share their experiences and interact closely with each other to identify; create and advance technology for the benefit of the humanity. This year’s conference HTC 2019; which is organized and hosted by IEEE Indonesia Section, will be held in Depok at November 12-14, 2019. The theme of the conference, “Advancing Sustainable Green Technologies for Humanities,” is to draw special attention to the societal expectation on humanitarian technologies’ ability to provide practical and lasting solutions.

Topics of interest include, but not limited to

• Robotics, control systems and automation
• Cloud computing, big data, architecture, mobile and wireless communications,
• Optical and photonic communications, optical networks
• Biomedical engineering
• Circuits, systems and signal processing,
• Power electronics, machines and drives, high voltage

• IoT and enabling technologies

with the focus on:

• Social welfare

14 May : Tutorial/special session proposal deadline

31 May : Notification for tutorial/special session

2 Apr - 5 Jul         : Paper submission

15 Apr - 5 Jul      : HAC Project competition submission

15 Apr - 5 Jul      : WIE Video competition submission

30 Aug  : Paper acceptance notification

30 Aug - 11 Oct : Registration

1 Oct     : Deadline for camera ready paper

  Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore indexed by Scopus.

Project and Video Competition

  Top 3 in each category will receive awards, certificate, and free R10 HTC registration.
