About PESGRE2020:
The IEEE International conference on "Power Electronics, Smart Grid and Renewable Energy (PESGRE 2020)" is a new biennial conference organized by IA/IE/PEL Jt.chapter Kerala. The conference is sponsored by IEEE Industry Applications society, Power Electronics Society, IEEE Kerala section, and IA/IE/PEL Jt.chapter Kerala. The conference is intended to provide a major forum for the exchange of information among practicing professionals from all over the globe in the areas of Power Electronics, Motor Drives & Electric Vehicles, Smart grid & Renewable Energy. The conference theme is “Power Electronics and renewable energy for sustainable development”. The Conference focuses on the latest technologies, strategies and challenges that are faced by power Electronics systems, Electric Drives, Renewable Energy resources and the interconnection to modern power systems and the operation in the smart grid environment for a better, smarter and more environment friendly Power System.
Call for Papers:
Technical papers are solicited on subjects pertaining to the scope of the conference that includes, but is not limited to the topics:

- Renewable energy Resources, Distributed generation and Grid Interconnection

About the Location:
Kochi is the biggest city in Kerala, a south Indian state better known as God's own Country for its pristine beaches, tranquil backwaters, lush hill stations, sprawling plantations, enchanting art forms, and a high quality of life. The city enjoys unique geographical features that have made it one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in India and is often called “The queen of Arabian Sea".
Paper Submission:
Authors are invited to submit papers 6 page full paper in standard IEEE format for review. All presented papers will be eligible for further review and possible publication in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications. More details are available in the conference website.
Important Dates:
Paper submission opening date: 1 June 2019
Paper submission closure date: 1 Aug 2019
Notification of Acceptance: 1 October 2019
Camera-ready Paper: 1 November 2019
