On behalf of the InCAP Executive Committee, AP/MTT Joint Chapter, Gujrat Section and the Space Application Centre, ISRO, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the InCAP 2019, the second Indian Conference on Antennas and Propagation (www.incap2019.org). 

InCAP is conceived as an annual flagship conference on Antennas and Propagation in India by merging three popular and successful Indian IEEE conferences namely AEMC, IAW, and iAIM in order to provide a wider and more professional forum to the student members, young scientists, engineers, and academia.

InCAP2019 is the largest conference on Antennas and Propagation in India and will attract more than 500 attendees from India and abroad. This conference provides an international forum for exchange of information on new trends in antenna theory & techniques, antenna hardware, propagation studies and also a venue for closer interaction among research students, academia, professional organization and industry partners.

InCAP2019 will be held in Ahmedabad during December 19-22, 2019.

The key focus of InCAP2019 is on expert talks and tutorials, contributory oral and interactive sessions along with technical workshops from academia, international space agencies, defence establishments and other industries. Technical exhibition on RF antennas, microwave materials, test and measurement systems will provide opportunities to more than 40 Indian and Global industries to showcase their products and activities.

We have instituted a number of initiatives to help our student members and young engineers by introducing tracks on Young Professionals in Space and Engineering, Women in Engineering (WiE), IEEE Graduate Students Forum, and IEEE SIGHT. There are several awards instituted to our students including travel grants to attend the conference and also best paper awards for oral and poster presentations. As part of the conference, we will be organizing a showcase exhibition and brief talks for our sponsors to create a joint forum shared by antenna industries world-wide, software and hardware industries, and academic and research institutions.
