IEEE KOLKATA SECTION SOCIAL MEET 2019
This is to inform you that IEEE Kolkata Section is organizing a Social Meet at Dakshin Jagaddal, Rajpur on Sunday 3rd February 2019.
On behalf of IEEE Kolkata Section, I solicit your presence along with your family members. We also encourage you to ask non-members to join in or bring along with you. To defray expenses for food, snacks & beverages, we have fixed a nominal charge of Rs.300/- per head for members and their spouses and Rs.150/- for their children (between 5 to 12 years).
Participation fee for IEEE Student members is Rs.200/-.
Participation fee for non-members/guests is Rs.600/- and Rs.200/- for their children (between 5 to 12 years).
No fees are charged for any Children below 5 years.
Team Bus will start from CIT Road near Ultadanga (opposite VSNL) at 8.00 a.m. sharp. The Bus will reach University of Calcutta, Rajabazar Campus at about 8.15 a.m. and depart at 8.20 a.m. The next stop shall be on CIT Road near Ananda Palit Road at Entally around 8.30 a.m. and depart at 8.35 a.m. The next stop shall be at Golpark (on Southern Avenue, in front of Ramakrishna Mission) at 8.55 a.m. and shall depart at 9.00 a.m. Next stop shall be in front of Jadavpur Post Office at 9.15 a.m. and shall depart at 9.20 a.m.
Persons interested in availing the bus can board at these pick-up points. Kindly inform your boarding point so that we are aware to pick you up. Please be there in time. Any delay in starting the trip will be a botheration for those waiting at the next stop.
