Invite for Participation - NCC 2019 - IISc Bangalore

I am writing this email to invite you and your colleagues to attend NCC
2019.
 
The National Conference on Communications (NCC) is being hosted by the
Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore from Feb 20 to 23, 2019.
 
NCC is run by the Joint Telematics Group comprising Indian Institutes of
Technology (IITs) and IISc. NCC 2019 will be very special since it marks
the Silver Jubilee year of the continuous and successful running of the
conference.  It is now the premier conference on communications, signal
processing, and networking in India, and attracts participants from the
academia and industry.
 
Early discounted registration is available up to 26 Jan 2019.
One day registration also available.
 
The conference will also feature special events related to 5G given the
current activity in the Indian industry and academia. Another special
event is a Graduation Day where select final year PhD students across
the country will present their research. Another feature of the
conference is its cutting-edge tutorials on topics such as machine
learning, speech recognition, 5G open air interface, etc., and plenary
talks by stalwarts in the field.
