1. Queries may be sent to secretary@ieeebombay.org with copy to chair@ieeebombay.org atleast 15days before the date of the SGM.
2. If there is no quorum at the appointed time, the meeting shall be adjourned for half an hour and reconvened. The reconvened meeting will not have quorum restriction. In case, the AGM is delayed then SGM will be started immediately after the conclusion on AGM.
