Greetings from IEEE Mangalore Sub-Section.  We take a lot of pleasure in inviting you to the inaugural of 2018 IEEE International Conference on Distributed Computing VLSI Electrical Circuits and Robotics- DISCOVER at Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering MITE Moodbidri on 13 August Monday 2018 at Auditorium 3, Third floor of the Main Building. All are welcome to the inaugural.

Dr. Tulika Mitra, Professor Computer Science and Engineering, National University of Singapore, has agreed to grace the occasion as the Chief Guest with Sri Rajesh Chowta, Chairman MITE Moodbidri presiding over with Dr Annappa B, Chairman of IEEE Mangalore subsection and General Chairs of 2018 IEEE DISCOVER, Dr. Niranjan Chiplunkar Principal NMAMIT Nitte and Dr. G L Eeshwara Prasad Principal MITE. Plenary sessions by Dr. Tulika Mitra and Dr.Alok Rastogi, Associate Director, Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering from State University of New York at Binghamton, shall precede the papers being presented in  different tracks in parallel sessions.
