The international conference is jointly organized by Asia and Pacific Distance Multimedia Education Network (APDMEN), Computer Association of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King, Siam University, IEEE Thailand Section and IEEE. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the ICT-Knowledge Engineering 2016 and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for inclusion.

Note: The deadline for submission is 30 June 2018.
