Celebrating IAS DA-IICT Day on 15th June 2018 at GIFT City, Gandhinagar

We are pleased to announce that IEEE IAS DA-IICT Student Branch is celebrating IAS DA-IICT day on 15th June 2018 at GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
The invited speakers for the event are:
IEEE IAS DA-IICT Student Branch Chapter was established on 15th of June and it has grown ever since then, therefore the name "IAS DA-IICT Day". But it wouldn't have been possible without the support of all of you with whom we have participated and organized events together. Let us come together one more time to celebrate the togetherness!
The event will be held in a conference room on 28th floor which will surely enthrall you with its picturesque view. We will begin with informative talks by some eminent personalities. It will be followed by some networking activities and a tour of the acclaimed GIFT City after Lunch Break. Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) is India's first operational smart city and international financial services center. Various scientific techniques, internal workings of the city and current and future projects in detail will be explained during the tour. The event will be a wonderful opportunity for networking and communication.
The invited speakers for the event are:
Ms. Megha Tak is the Founder-Chairperson of IEEE IAS DA-IICT Student Branch Chapter. She is the current President of IEEE Young Professional. She's been working with IEEE since 2009, being IAS Student Branch Chair in 2012, and CMD Committee Member in 2013.
Dr. Anita Basalingappa is a professor of Marketing at MICA. She holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Mathematics, an MBA in Marketing and a Ph.D. in Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM). Her current areas of interest include marketing and competition, social media behavior, marketing decision making, relationship marketing in rural retail, clothing as communication and CSR. She would be discussing the topic "How to market yourself?".
Mr. Braj Bhushan Mishra is the general manager and head of Engineering and Fleet Management at ALSTOM Projects India Ltd. Having extensive experience in power generation and product design specifications he works as a steam turbine engineer. Using his knowledge of reverse engineering, he has helped in the development of various innovations in the company. He will speak about how his industry employs turbine technology and will discuss some technological marvels which we forget to value in our daily lives.
Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal co-owner at Brainbow Academy of Multiple Intelligence, holds an MBA with great experience in Marketing and HR. He led the International marketing division as a Director in Jindal Worldwide Ltd. and was the Chief Manager at The Arvind Mills Ltd. He has a history of achieving illustrious business records in all his corporate assignments.
We would like to extend a warm invitation to you and your chapter, to come and celebrate this day with us. A fun-filled day awaits, along with tempting goodiesand prizes to win. Also, kindly note that the lunch will be provided at GIFT City itself and transportation inside the GIFT City as well as upto the nearest public transport stop will be arranged in the evening. Certificates will also be provided for attending the speaker talks and the event.
