Greetings from IEEE-SJCE!

As part of Cyberia '18, IEEE-SJCE presents the Paper Presentation Contest - Papyrus!

The contest is split into 3 phases that follows the same procedures followed at international conferences.

• To start with, participants are required to submit an abstract limiting to about 200 words following the IEEE Format.
  The deadline for the first round is 6th February.
• The selected abstracts are eligible for the second round in which complete paper is to be submitted in IEEE format. Deadline for the second round is 23rd February.
• The third round is the presentation of the paper at SJCE on 3rd March. 

The best papers will be published in our official magazine, and will also be awarded cash prizes.
