Dear Sir/Madam,

We cordially invite you to submit a paper in 5th IEEE R10-HTC 2017 which is one of the flagship conferences of IEEE Region 10 (Asia Pacific). The theme of the conference is “Smart Technologies for Humanity” and its aim is to bring together individuals conducting project and research to innovate smart technologies for humanitarian applications. The scope of the conference includes wide areas of science and engineering with a target to advancing humanitarian technologies. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

A large number of Partial Travel Grants are available ranging from 50 to 300 USD. Also there are best paper awards in different categories.

We are pleased to inform that 2017 IEEE International Humanitarian Technology Project Competition (IHTPC) will be held within the conference, which is financially sponsored by IEEE Humanitarian Activity Committee (HAC) and offers 3,000 USD Awards/Travel-Grants.

It is to be noted that we are planning to celebrate commencement of the 25th Year Celebration of IEEE Bangladesh Section and ending of 50th Year Celebration of IEEE Region 10 on 22 Dec. (Friday Evening).
