Dear Members of IEEE Indonesia Section, 

It is my pleasure, pursuant to the IEEE Indonesia Section decision at its last Officers Meeting, to invite you, the Members of the IEEE Indonesia Section who have the right to vote (Members and higher grades), to elect the new officers of the IEEE Indonesia Section, as prescribed below, 

1. To elect the candidates for the Section Executive Officials, proposed by the Advisory Board : 
              Satriyo Dharmanto, as Chair IEEE Indonesia Section (Multikom). assisted by
              Dr. Ford Lumban Gaol (BINUS) as Vice Chair (incumbent), 
              Dr. I. Wayan Mustika (UGM) as Secretary and
              Agnes Irwanti (Multikom) as Treasurer.

                             
2. To submit a Petition Candidate(s) to be supported by at least 10 Members (Members and higher grades), within 28 days (before the end of December'14) after this E-Notice has been sent.       

The online voting by e-voting IEEE vtool (https://voting.vtools.ieee.org/) will commence on 1 Januari 2015, and close ballot on 15 January 2015.

The Election result will be announced before or on 17 January'15.
