Dear AP-S Members,

As an important part of renewed collaboration between AP-S and U.S. National Committee (USNC) for the International Union of Radio Science (URSI), we now jointly sponsor and organize not only our AP-S/URSI Symposium (held typically every July) but also, as a completely new partnership, theUSNC-URSI/IEEE AP-S National Radio Science Meeting (NRSM). NRSM is a very successful and highly reputed event with extraordinary history of more than 50 years. AP-S is now proudly financial cosponsor and co-owner of NRSM.

You are cordially invited to the 2027 USNC-URSI/IEEE AP-S NRSM to be held from January 5–8, 2027 at the beautiful Limelight Hotel in Boulder, Colorado, USA. The Call for Papers is attached, and the conference website is https://nrsmboulder.org/. The extended deadline for abstract (one page) OR paper (two page) submission is Friday, 25 September 2026. Please note that NRSM encourages work-in-progress submissions and presentations.

Please also note that, this year, we will have student travel grants provided by both USNC-URSI and AP-S.

Again, this is now our conference, together with URSI friends, and please consider submitting an abstract or paper and joining us in January in Boulder. Let’s make NRSM 2027 an outstanding success!
