Balloting for the 2026 IEEE Annual Election has begun. We encourage you to participate and help shape the future of IEEE by selecting its next volunteer leaders.
In accordance with your election communication preferences on file as of 31 March 2026, a ballot was mailed to you via postal mail. A pre-paid postage envelope was provided in your ballot package. If you prefer to return your ballot via postal mail, your completed paper ballot must be received by 12:00 Noon Eastern Time (16:00 UTC) on 1 October 2026. Please mail it early to allow sufficient time for postal mail delivery. To change your voting preference to electronic only in the future, review and update your election communication preferences.
If you choose to access your ballot electronically:
- Log in with your IEEE Account (username and password).
- Submit your completed ballot by 1 October 2026, 12:00 Noon Eastern Time (16:00 UTC).
Candidate information is available:
- Within the electronic ballot as you vote, including the Candidate Biographies and Statements Book (PDF Format, 7MB).
- On the IEEE Annual Election website, including the Candidate Biographies and Statements Book (PDF Format, 7MB).
While voting, you may:
- Save your selections at any time by clicking "Sign Out".
- Return later to complete your ballot.
- Click "Submit Ballot" on the ballot summary page to ensure your vote is counted.
After submitting your ballot:
- You will receive an email confirmation.
- You are invited to complete a brief feedback form to share your voting experience.
