Chapter Chair Travel Support for Attending the Joint AP-S/MTT-S Chapter Chairs Meeting (CCM) at IMAS 2026 in Jeddah, KSA, from October 19–22, 2026.
Travel Grant Application
IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S) Chapter Chairs and Joint Chapter Chairs are encouraged to submit a travel grant application to attend the CCM at IMAS 2026.
Please download the Travel Grant Application Form from the AP-S CCM Travel Grant Form and email the completed form to Ajay Poddar at akpoddar@ieee.org, copying Ashley Shaw at a.shaw@ieee.org, by August 31, 2026.
- Regional/Domestic travel grants: Up to USD 1,000
- Overseas travel grants: Up to USD 2,250
- The grant covers economy-class air/train travel and accommodation for up to three nights.
- Reimbursement of eligible expenses, based on actual costs, can be processed through IEEE Concur by submitting an expense report.
- Chairs/officers representing AP-S/MTT-S Joint Chapters may apply for a travel grant from either AP-S or MTT-S, but not both.
- Only one travel grant per Chapter/Joint Chapter will be considered.
Presentation Requirement
All AP-S Chapters, Joint Chapters, and Student Branch Chapters attending the CCM are requested to prepare a PowerPoint presentation of no more than 10 minutes highlighting their 2026 Chapter activities.
