On behalf of the Organizing Committee of IEEE URUCON 2026, we are pleased to announce that the Call for Papers and Call for Abstracts submission deadlines have been extended until 2 August 2026.

This is the final extension, and no further deadline extensions will be granted. We encourage all prospective authors to take advantage of this opportunity and submit their work before the deadline.

IEEE URUCON 2026, the flagship conference of IEEE Uruguay, will take place in Montevideo, Uruguay, from 16 to 18 November 2026. Accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and submitted for indexing in accordance with IEEE policies. Accepted and presented abstracts will be published in a conference Book of Abstracts. Please check the website for information about both tracks.
