The IEEE UAE Section CASS/PELS/SSCS Joint Chapter, a Technical Co-Sponsor of the 38th IEEE International Conference on Microelectronics (ICM 2026), is pleased to invite you to submit your latest research to this premier international conference.
ICM is a leading IEEE conference dedicated to advances in circuits, systems, CAD tools, microelectronics, and nanoelectronics. Over the past 37 years, it has been hosted across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, bringing together researchers, academics, and industry professionals from around the world.
The 38th IEEE International Conference on Microelectronics (ICM 2026) will be held in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, from 7–10 December 2026. The conference will feature oral and poster presentations, tutorials by leading experts, and excellent opportunities for networking and collaboration. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore, and selected high-quality papers will be invited to submit extended versions to indexed journals.

- Maximum 5 pages: up to 4 pages for technical content (including figures and references), with an optional 5th page for references only.
