The 19th edition of the IEEE Colombian Conference on Communications and
Computing - COLCOM, will be held in Bucaramanga, Colombia during September 2-4
2026. It is sponsored by IEEE Colombia Section, IEEE ComSoc Colombia Chapter,
IEEE Computer Colombia Chapter and IEEE VTS Colombia Chapter,
and supported by the IEEE Colombia APS/EMC/MTT Joint Chapter.

COLCOM aims at showing the advances of the academic, scientific and industrial
developments of the different areas of telecommunications and computing.
COLCOM is the most important conference anually held in Colombia, and attracts
submissions and attendants from the whole country and its neighbor countries.

The conference covers the scope of all ComSoc, Computer, VTS, APS, EMC and MTT
Technical Committees and has a broad technical program that includes renowned
keynote speakers and comprehensive tutorials presenting the state-of-the-art in
communications and computing.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE COLCOM 2026
Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other
Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
