On behalf of the IEEE Oman Section, we are pleased to announce an extension for the submission of abstracts for IEEE PowerTalks 2026. This premier event, themed "Powering the Future: Energy Transition Pathways and Grid Resilience in an Increasingly Complex Environment," will take place from 12–14 October 2026 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre in Muscat.

To accommodate the high level of interest, the Technical Committee has extended the submission deadline.
