The objectives of the conference are to provide high quality research and professional interactions for the advancement of information, communication and energy systems and technologies. Papers with new research results are encouraged for submission.

ICEST 2026 is organized by the University of Niš, Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Serbia, in collaboration with the Faculty of Telecommunications at the Technical University of Sofia, and the Technical Faculty of the “St. Kliment Ohridski” University in Bitola, North Macedonia. ICEST 2026 is co-sponsored by the IEEE Sections of Serbia and Montenegro, Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
