I hope this email finds you well. I am contacting you as GE Digital Europe foundry is organizing an “Industrial Internet Quest” in partnership with IEEE from Mid-April to Mid-May 2017. This one-month long hackathon is a unique opportunity to work in teams on real industrial datasets.

 

We are reaching out to you because we think some students or researchers from your school could be interested in joining this challenge for highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and software developers.

 

The program: It is a free one-month online challenge that will take place on the cloud-based platform Predix - an operating system used to build predictive apps. The three winning teams will share a prize pool of seed money worth up to 30.000€ and a showcase of their prototype at Minds+Machine Europe in Berlin! This is a real business opportunity!
