Dear INSERT_PREFERRED_NAME,
Warm greetings from the IEEE Pune Section Young Professionals Affinity Group! As we step into 2026, we are proud to celebrate a truly historic milestone: the completion of 10 years since our Affinity Group was established in 2016 under the leadership of our founding YP chair, Dr. Surekha Deshmukh. To commemorate this decade of excellence, we are officially adopting the new IEEE YP Pune 10-Year Milestone Logo, which will be carried across our communications and initiatives throughout this year to mark this special chapter.
IEEE Pune Section YP
10 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE
Over the last decade, IEEE Young Professionals has grown into one of the most energetic and technically vibrant communities within IEEE globally. In Pune, our YP ecosystem has expanded into a powerhouse of 500+ members spanning Industry, Academia, and Government organizations, contributing to innovation, research, leadership, policy, and mentorship. This diverse representation has enabled YP Pune to play a strategic role in nurturing student members, supporting Section activities, and building cross-sector collaborations that strengthen the regional technology community.
As we begin this milestone year, we extend our best wishes to all members for a fulfilling and impactful start to 2026. The decade behind us has been extraordinary, and the decade ahead promises to be even more exciting, with 2026 dedicated to Member Engagement and Technical Excellence. We look forward to creating more opportunities to learn, build, lead, collaborate, and contribute as we embark on this landmark year together.
Our 2026 Prime Goals
