A reminder that election ballots will open as of Midnight Tonight (28^th) and end on Midnight of the 1^st.

Elections are being conducted electronically and will be available at: https://voting.vtools.ieee.org/

Voting will be open for the following positions:

IEEE Trinidad and Tobago Section:

3) IEEE TT - Secretary (2 Candidates)

IEEE TT - EdS (Education Society) Chapter:

1) IEEE TT-EdS Chapter, Chair (2 Candidates)

• Eng. Dr. Ruel Ellis; IEEE Reg. 41596678
• Eng. Dr. Daniel Joseph Ringis; IEEE Reg. 90718409

Eng. Stacy Roopnarine has withdrawn her candidacy as Chair - IEEE TT WIE Group. There will only be one candidate left and, therefore, voting will be unnecessary for the position.

The ballot has already been activated and cannot be modified. As such, you may continue to see it being available until the end of the election process, however, any votes cast will not be counted. 

The other ballots are still applicable and please vote for those positions.

When you go to the voting page, click on “Ballots” to see the list of ballots available to you. Note that you need to be a member of a Society or Affinity Group to vote in that election.

Here you can view the candidates for the positions. Click on a candidate name to view the bio.

Click close to close the bio.

Select a candidate and click on the "Vote" button.

At the next screen, you can edit the choices, or complete the ballot. Once you confirm your choice, select "Complete Ballot" to submit.

You will get a confirmation screen of your vote.

You can view all of your previous ballots by clicking on "Ballots" on the main screen.
