Reminder IEEE Senior Member Elevation – Call for Eligible Members before Sep 20th 2025

Dear IEEE Richmond Section Members,

Are you eligible for elevation to IEEE Senior Member status?

The next Senior Member Elevation Review Panel is scheduled for September 27, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET (UTC-4), with the time subject to adjustment based on the final onsite location. To be considered in this panel, all applications or nominations must be submitted no later than September 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (UTC-4)

If you meet the criteria, we encourage you to apply for this prestigious professional grade—recognized for significant performance and experience in engineering, science, and technology.

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Have 10+ years of professional experience, and

  • Show at least 5 years of significant performance in their field.

If you believe you are eligible, please feel free to initiate your Senior Member elevation request before the upcoming review cycle deadline. As part of the process, you will need 3 references from current IEEE Senior Members or Fellows.
