The Joint AP-S/MTT-S Regional Chapter Chairs Meeting (CCM) at MAPCON 2025 is scheduled for 16 December, 2025, in Kochi, India.
Travel Grant Application:
IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society Chapter Chairs and Joint Chapter Chairs are encouraged to submit a travel grant application (https://www.ieeeaps.org/
- Domestic travel grants are capped at USD 500.
- Overseas travel grants are capped at USD 2,250.
- The grant covers economy class air/train travel and accommodation for up to three nights.
- Claims (in actuals) can be reimbursed through IEEE CONCUR by submitting an expense report.
*Chairs/officers representing AP-S/MTT-S Joint Chapters may apply for a travel grant from either AP-S or MTT-S, but not both. Only one travel grant per Chapter/Joint Chapter will be considered.
Presentation Requirement
All AP-S Chapters, Joint Chapters, and Student Branch Chapters attending the CCM are requested to prepare a five-minute presentation (maximum of 4 slides including the title slide) highlighting their 2025 Chapter activities.
- Presentations from Student Branch Chapters will be grouped and delivered by the AP-S Regional Coordinator.
- All presentations should be emailed to aps.sight@gmail.com by 30 November, 2025.
Visa Requirement for Foreign Nationals
Foreign nationals requiring a visa to attend the CCM in India must submit their passport details for using this link: https://forms.gle/
This information will be shared with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, for prior approval required for conference visa processing. The conference visa application must then be submitted by the applicant at the nearest Indian Embassy/Consulate, after approval has been granted by the Ministry.
