Last days to apply - IEEE R9 Student Awards

Dear IEEE Student Branches and Volunteers,

IEEE Region 9 is pleased to announce the opening of the 2025 Regional Student Awards nomination period. This annual initiative seeks to recognize and promote the outstanding contributions and achievements of student members and organizational units throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

We invite all eligible Student Branches, Affinity Groups, and Technical Chapters to submit their postulations.

Important Dates

Publication of the bases: June 6th, 2025
New Submissions Deadline: August 10th – 2025
Evaluation Period: From August to September 2024
Announcement of results: During the Student Branch Regional Meeting
Awards: During the Student Branches Regional Meeting
Awards delivery: Until March 31st 2026
