We are pleased to remind you about the opportunity to participate and submit a scientific contribution to IEEE LAEDC 2025, the premier Latin American Electron Devices Conference. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this key event in the region!
This conference, sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS), brings together experts from both industry and academia in all fields related to electron devices.

The seventh edition of IEEE LAEDC will be an in-person event and will feature a strong emphasis on STEM initiatives and technology-driven humanitarian projects. The conference is designed to engage students, young researchers, and industry professionals.

We welcome contributions on all electron-based devices, including but not limited to:

* Photovoltaics, Optoelectronics & Photonic Devices
* Information Technologies: Communications, artificial intelligence, quantum computing.
* Circuit-Device Interaction & Integration: VLSI design, packaging, 3D integration.
* Device Characterization, Modeling & Simulation
* Humanitarian Projects, STEM Initiatives & Education

✅ Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
🏆 Selected papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in a special issue of the Journal of the Electron Devices Society (JEDS) at a highly discounted rate.

📄 Papers must be submitted in English (minimum 4 pages in length), and following the IEEE Transactions format for Conference Proceedings:

CALL FOR POSTERS
This track presents an excellent opportunity for authors to receive feedback from the broader research community and engage in meaningful dialogue with conference attendees. The poster presentation will be in Spanish or English, although it is important to note that the formal language of the event is English.
