Greetings!

We are pleased to announce that the 3rd edition of IEEE Microwave and Antenna Symposium (IMAS) will be held in Nairobi, Kenya from Monday, 20th to Thursday, 23rd October 2025. 

Prospective authors are invited to submit original contributions on their latest research activities. Student papers are strongly encouraged. IEEE IMAS 2025 will feature workshops from renowned speakers and trainers. Proposals for special sessions, workshops and tutorials are welcome. A panel of distinguished researchers will deliver keynote speeches/invited talks on recent technology trends and advances.

IMPORTANT DATES: 

• Deadline for paper submission: 30 June 2025 (Extended)
• Notification of Acceptance: 27 July 2025
• Camera Ready Submissions: 24 August 2025
• Early Bird Registration Deadline: 31 August 2025 
• Conference: 20 to 23 October 2025
