This presentation is about the NSF GRFP Personal Statement of Purpose. The target audience is for IEEE Members (US Citizens) interested in pursuing graduate studies. The IEEE Western Puerto Rico Section and the IEEE Education Society organize this webinar. The presenter for the webinar will be Dr. Eduardo Ortiz, a professor at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, an IEEE PES Distinguished Lecturer, and an NSF GRFP Reviewer.
