This is your opportunity to secure financial support for your Student Branch events and initiatives, make a lasting impact, and showcase your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for student engagement.
Key Dates:
- Applications Phase: June 1-20
- Decision Announcement: end of June
- Event Implementation Window: from July to Mid-October
- Event Reporting: 30 days after event or October 20 (if earlier)
- Funding Release: November
Funding Programs for Student Branches:
- Bridging Students with Industry Program: This program is designed to foster collaboration between students, Young Professionals (YPs), and industry partners.
- Collaborative Student Initiatives Booster Program: This program provides support and incentives for innovative and impactful student-led initiatives with the goal of strengthening teamwork at sectional level and beyond.
- Local Student Paper Contest Events Program: This program is designed to support local versions of student paper contests that can lead student papers to be showcased at the Regional Student Paper Contest.
- Student Branch Hardware Contests Program: This program is designed to support IEEE Region 8 Student Branches in organizing local hardware competitions, encouraging students to develop innovative hardware-based projects.
