About the Speaker:

Cybele Ghanem is a Computer and Telecommunications Engineer and a RedHat Certified System Administrator. She works as a Systems Engineer and eSIM Application Manager at Invigo Offshore. She was recently named one of the IEEE Computer Society “20 in their 20s” honorees, and received the IEEE MGA YP Achievement Award 2024 for her leadership in IEEE Day and IEEEXtreme.

Cybele currently serves as the Lead IEEE Collabratec Ambassador, and holds several leadership roles within IEEE globally and in her region, including:

• Chairperson, IEEE YP Lebanon (2025–2026)

• Vice Chair for Volunteer Engagement, IEEE CS SYP

• Member of multiple IEEE committees and initiatives focused on sustainability, innovation, and community building.
