We are excited to invite you to participate in the IEEE Mentoring Meet (MM) — a global IEEE initiative designed to connect senior professionals with students and young engineers through impactful mentorship and guided discussions.

Young Professionals Jordan is proud to be one of the first countries in Region 8 to host this pioneering initiative, and 2025 marks the second edition of this impactful program in our country.

What Is the Mentoring Meet?

The Mentoring Meet is an interactive mentorship program that connects experienced engineers, researchers, and business leaders with students and early-career professionals for focused small-group mentoring sessions.

Unlike lectures or webinars, these sessions are interactive, personal, and practical — you’ll be able to ask real questions, share challenges, and receive meaningful advice tailored to your goals.

The IEEE Mentoring Meet Jordan 2025 is not just a one-day event—it’s a structured mentorship journey aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world application.

Program Structure

• Duration: May–June 2025

• Format: In-person and virtual sessions (based on mentor and mentee availability)

• Session Length: 45–60 minutes

• Frequency: Each participant will attend 1–2 sessions (based on availability)

• Group Size: 5–8 mentees per session to ensure direct interaction

• Certificate: Official participation certificate provided upon completion

  You’ll choose your area of interest and be matched with a mentor who specializes in your field.
