Dear IEEE Members

It's time for family picnic and social gathering event for IEEE Richmond Section members! We hope you've seen the email from our IEEE Chair about this exciting event. This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet other IEEE members, and build professsonal network in friendly atmosphere.

We are also looking for 2-3 volunteers to help with event coordination both before and after the event. Your support would be greatly appreciated and will help ensure the event runs smoothly.

 Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (EDT)
 Venue: Twin Hickory Park – Recreation Room (with access to outdoor play area)
