This is a reminder that your Student Branch must meet the following requirements before February 1, 2025, to be eligible for the 2025 rebate:

1. Update officers:
   Ensure that your officers' information is up to date in vTools Officers Reporting.

2. Annual plan:
   Submit your Student Branch Annual Plan through vTools Student Branch Reporting.

3. Reported events:
   Register at least 4 events held in 2024 through vTools Events.

By completing these steps, you’ll not only secure the rebate but also strengthen the visibility and operations of your Student Branch within IEEE.
