Dear IEEE NL Section member,

I hope you are all safe and well. We are putting together our slate of candidates for the 2025 IEEE NL Executive. A list of candidates, except the Vice-chair, is now in place. In accordance with our bylaws (https://www.ieeenl.ca/bylaws/), members have 14 days to nominate alternate candidates by petition.

The slate of nominees is as follows:

Chair: Xianta Jiang  (automatically ascending from Vice-Chair)
Vice-Chair: No Candidate yet
Treasurer: Robert Cove
Secretary: Vinicius Prado da Fonseca 

Any additional nominations for the positions can be submitted to Nominations Committee Chair David Green (david.green@c-core.ca) on or before December 31st, 2024. Details regarding an election (if required) will be released following that date.
