Dear UK and Ireland Signal Processing Society Chapter Members
Members of the IEEE UK and Ireland Signal Processing Society (SPS) Chapter are invited to submit applications for consideration to be included on the Slate of Candidates for the 2024 Chapter Officers Election.
The IEEE UK & Ireland SPS Chapter thrives because of passionate volunteers who strive to advance the state of the art in signal processing by allowing the sharing of knowledge and facilitating professional development as well as building interest in the application of technology in everyday life amongst the community.
Becoming an IEEE volunteer presents opportunities for personal and professional growth. It is a great way to expand your network, enhance your leadership skills by organising events and projects, and stay updated with cutting-edge research. It also provides an opportunity to reach out into the community, at a time when technological change is happening rapidly, and build support for the many potential benefits of this technology. You can help create the next generation of skilled engineers and technology professionals to address the many social and environmental problems we will be facing.
