IEEE PES Women in Power Mentoring Scheme in R8 2024-2025

Call for Mentors/Mentees!

Application Requirements:

• Have 5 years (or more) experience working in STEM background to be a Mentor and less experience to be a Mentee
• Speak fluent English
• Be able to commit around min 6 hours in total during the 6months of the programme
• IEEE PES Membership (or willing to become a PES member beforestarting the mentoring programme)

Overall Description

This online mentoring programme aims to pair junior women engineers with senior engineers in order to bring people together working in the similar professional field, empower women in the engineering, to foster professional development and career growth.
