Dear WIE Chair/Section Representative of IEEE Region-1,

We are excited to share that, thanks to the support from AMBA and New York Life, we are offering a grant to help subsidize the costs for up to eleven (11) WIE Chairs or Section Representatives from Regions 1 and 2 to attend the WIE Forum USA East this year. The grant will cover the $305 registration fee and contribute up to $245 toward hotel and parking expenses.

Please note that up to $550 in total grant funds require matching funds from your Section, Region, company, or personal contributions. This grant is intended to supplement, not replace, existing matching fund requirements. The application deadline is September 15th.

Recipients of the grant will be asked to volunteer for a minimum of 4 hours during the event.

2. WIE Sections with active WIE members

*Note: AG Chairs will be prioritized over other WIE volunteers across regions before moving to other applicants.
