We would like to announce the start of the nomination period for the IEEE E-JUST Student Branch Election for the year 2024-2025.

Only active IEEE student members can apply for positions and vote. If you are eligible and interested, please nominate yourself by filling out this form:

Prepare a biography and a self-explanatory presentation (maximum 20 slides) that includes:

- Personal Photo
- Short Biography
- Your achievements with IEEE
- Your action plan

Email your presentation to the election committee with the subject line containing your full name, IEEE membership number, and the position you seek.

Positions available:
- Chair
- Vice Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Webmaster

Please note the timeline below for the election process:
- Electronic elections: August 12th – August 26th, 2024
- Data handover: September 1st – September 31st, 2024
- New officers' term: October 1st, 2024 – October 31st, 2025
