Dear colleagues,

 32nd TELECOMMUNICATIONS FORUM TELFOR 2024, will be organized on November 26-27, 202, in Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade, Serbia. Online participation will be provided.

It is our pleasure to invite you to submit your papers including both expert and scientific articles containing original applicable or theoretical results of research, of interest for a broad group of experts engaged in the field the Telecommunications and IT. Upon closing of the Forum accepted and presented regular papers will be submitted for possible publication in the IEEE XPLORE database (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/conhome/1800787/all-proceedings).

We are pleased to inform you that the new sections "AI - Artificial Intelligence", "DS – Data Science" and "SGE - Smart Grid and Green Energy" will be organized at this year's TELFOR.

Telecommunications Forum TELFOR is organized for the 32nd time as the IEEE co-organized and co-supported international event, traditionally with a lot of high-quality papers, with numerous other activities, and with over 1000 participants. As an international and regional IEEE meeting, TELFOR has the purpose of considering the important scientific, technical, professional, social, economic, and legal aspects of Telecommunications and IT.

32nd TELECOMMUNICATIONS FORUM TELFOR 2024 is organized by: Telecommunication society - Belgrade, ETF ­ School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, IEEE Region 8, IEEE Serbia and Montenegro Section, IEEE Serbia and Montenegro ComSoc Chapter and IEEE Serbia and Montenegro CIS Chapter, with the support of Ministry of Information and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia,  Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services – RАTEL and other sponsors.
