Dear IEEE Region 8 Student Branch Chairs,
Dear Student Branch Counselors,

We are excited to invite all IEEE Region 8 Student Branches (SBs) to participate in the IEEE Region 8 Student Paper Contest (SPC) 2025.

Now is the perfect time to identify outstanding research work conducted by students at the undergraduate or postgraduate level (excluding doctoral level) and encourage them to prepare a submission for the SPC 2025.

IEEE Region 8 will cover all expenses for the authors of the top five papers to present their work at the conference IEEE R8 EUROCON, June 4-6, 2025, Gdynia, Poland. These five papers will also be included in the conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore. 
Additionally, there are extraordinary cash prizes for the winners: $800 for first place, $500 for second place, and $200 for third place! The student branch of the first-place winner will also receive a $250 award!

For more information about SPC, please visit SPC info. The SPC rules are summarized in nine chapters, which can be found at SPC Rules. We strongly encourage students to prepare and submit their papers for this prestigious IEEE Region 8 technical activity.
