Skyline University College IEEE Student branch is organizing   “IT Conclave -2024” with the theme “Technopreneurship –Transforming New Generation Business”. The purpose of the event is to conduct competition among students from universities in United Arab Emirates, focusing on information technology-enabled ideas that will bring profitability and sustainable business model to bring out the technoenterunship skill of students. This event will integrate panel session from industry personnel as well as product exhibition from corporate word.

 OBJECTIVE OF THE EVENT

·       To motivate students for Technopreneurship ideas.

·       Create innovative technical based products and services.

·       Future scope of Startups

GUIDELINES FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

·       IT conclave location is at Skyline University College, Sharjah.

·       There is no registration fees for participants.

·       Bachelor and Master Degree students in any Government or Private University in UAE are eligible to participate

·       The proposal Submission must be computing / information technology oriented idea/project/product or service having business value.

·       The submission may be by individual or maximum group of 4 students

·       The submission should be communicate by specified format to any of the coordinators listed at the end.

·       Maximum top 8 submission will be shortlisted for final presentation on Conclave day

·       3 best winners will be rewarded with exciting prizes and certificates.

·       All the participants will be given certificates.

Date of Presentation: 12th June, 2024

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR FINAL PRESENTATION

The proposal should contains

·       Originality of idea

·       Reflect technicality of idea

·       Business idea based on Technology

FORMAT OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

A word file or pdf file will be submitted covering below headings. The file should not exceed 5 pages.

1. Title of submission – Product Name/Service Name/ Project Name

2. Introduction – Brief about your idea/back ground

3. Objective (s) - Point out the objectives to be achieved

4. Impact of Technology-Description about the technical integration

5. Business Value –Describe or include Business Value of the proposal or any financial viability

6. Conclusion
