Elections - Call for Open Positions - IEEE UP SB
Dear IEEE Student members of the UP Student Branch, We are reaching you to invite you to join the election process of the next ExCom of IEEE UP SB. The election will take place from July 25 to July 29. The application phase is open from July 7 until July 17 for the following positions:
Executive committee:
- Chair
- Vice Chair, two open positions
- Treasure
- Secretary
All Chapters & Affinity Groups:
- Chair
- Vice Chair
If you wish to apply to any of the positions, please email nuieee@fe.up.pt with the subject “[Application] <position_name> – <candidate_name>”. Your application should indicate the position you are applying for, a short biography and a motivation letter. After the application period closes on July 17, you will receive the final list of candidates. We await you on the 25 of July. Please join us, as this is a crucial process in our Student Branch life. Voting is a fundamental duty!
